Five things you might need at HHN 32!

Updated: Oct 24, 2023

Going to Halloween Horror Night at HHN2023? Let me share five things that can help you make the most of your experience:

Firstly, be prepared for the 50/50 chance of an afternoon shower during hurricane season. So, don't forget to bring an umbrella or poncho. However, don't let a little rain stop you from enjoying the park unless it closes down.

Secondly, expect a lot of walking and standing, so make sure to wear the right shoes or sandals. You can check out my top 5 picks on my blog, www.solomelddentravel.com.

Thirdly, make sure your cellphone is charged if you plan to use the Universal app for mobile ordering or mapping out the location of the different houses. Therefore, it is advisable to bring a charger(s).

Fourthly, if you don't want to queue for 120 minutes, an Express Pass is optional and might be worth it. However, with comfortable footwear, standing in line won't be so bad.

Lastly, stay healthy and hydrated during the event by drinking lots of water. You'll use a lot of energy and experience frights that can increase your heart rate and blood pressure. Have fun, but take care of yourself.

These tips will also come in handy if you plan to attend similar haunting festivities at any theme park. Remember, Dr. Oddfellow affectionately wants your souls to be healthy for his collection!
